Discussion Anbody in here because of OCD, anxiety and depression?

I've been suffering feom severe debilitating OCD, anxiety and depression since I was 12. Now Im 25 and had enough. Anybody else?

Most people here a long list of mental health issues. They are also very giving and compassionate despite their own problems.

I don't even have clinical depression, and I hate myself for the hunger I have for life when I just don't have currency to get what I need out of it. Anybody else would have got rid of their sickening hunger and given up in my place.

Not sure if I actually have OCD but I have to clean things from outside all the time till my whole family are so pissed with me. I feel uneasy not cleaning them. As for anxiety and depression, yes.

Yeah that sounds like OCD. That being said, there are parts of the world where it should be acknowledged as actually rational behaviour because everything is so fucking filthy and that is socially acceptable.

Where I live I never worry about the cleanliness of anything. I lived in places where if some filthy walking garbage bag touched me I wanted to burn myself. One should always consider circumstances.

Yes, but be careful going to therapist s. One gave me a drug and it caused my face to disfigure. That's why I'm suicidal

Im talking about the OCD where you're dealing with obsessive thoughts (doubts,fears,questions) and the behaviours you do in your mind or outside to relieve the guilt, shame, doubt, anxiety you feel, and this happens 24X7 for years and years

Yes...have been dealing with all three since I was a teenager.

It never gets any better, and all the "therapists" I've seen just ignore my OCD altogether.

Me too. There may be options for you if medication doesn't work for you. Like surgery which is the last resort talk to a psychiatrist.

Severe Anxiety, Severe Depression, and C-PTSD. I do experience OCD when the anxiety is really bad, I suppose to give me a sense of control when I feel like I don't have any, but I don't know if that qualifies for an official diagnosis.

Treatment-resistant depression, generalized anxiety and ADHD. Diagnosed at 13, close to ten years ago.

Yes. Pick one and I have it. Lately I've been fortunate because only one disorder is rearing it's ugly head at a time. Days when all three are prominent are generally REALLY bad days. Which I am sure you understand.

Yes. Anxiety and Depression have been hell for me. Currently, doing better with CBD products but only been using them for less than a week, so I'm still skeptical :P

Anxiety and Depression , no good at social skills ,i want to be left alone but have no one to talk to .
nothing i do can make me happy , i done something yesterday to force me into making one of two choice
one of it are CTB.
