Fentanyl is illegal, no matter what the amount.
If you are caught with any amount of it, you will be arrested and charged.
Unfortunately I can not tell you the penalty for being in possession of Fentanyl, as I'm from the UK.

You would probably be buying it from a narcotics agent. I don't understand it but somehow they can access the dark web too.

I doubt you will be able to find it even on the dark web, alot of markets dont even have it for sale as it brings too much attention.

a member on here said they knew of a DW vender that sold it, but it wasn't through the markets.
