The amount of bs and hoops you have to jump through to get help.
A) Do they take your insurance?
B) Do you need to meet a deductible before you start with copays?
C) Therapist REJECTING YOUU if they dont think they can help you
D) Therapists only available at like 1 pm or 10 am as if most of us aren't working. I know it's their full time job too, but you expecting the majority of unhappy Americans to have free time like that?
I think I already went through all available options in my area.
I have a dissociative disorder that a associate therapist/newbie therapist isn't gonna do shit about.
I think I'll just go fuck myself after all.
End vent.
