Method Alprazolam & a Exit Bag

I just want to ask, what are the effects of an overdose of alprazolam. I think I could make a mix, use the pills to get relaxed before using the exit bag? ... (Also I have paroxetine too).

The exit bag is prepared, but I tested it two times and I got scared before CTB. I watched colors, and thats why I got scared; and thats why I think that drinking some pills before will help me to CTB.

Shallow breathing is one of the effects I would be worried about. Might make it difficult to inhale enough gas before the hypercapnic response takes effect.

DO NOT overdose on xanax and attempt inert gas; you may blackout/passout before you can properly secure the bag. Use alprazolam as an aid to make you calm enough (so perhaps just above your regular dose) to then attempt inert gas. Blacking out with the bag on your head without it secured and closed will likely lead to a failed attempt and brain damage.
