I'm alone since 1 year after my ex left me .
Yeah he left me
I felt like I'm a bag of garbage not a human.

I'm semi happy alone..
Alone since 2023.
Sometimes I got these flashbacks on my head , I remember and I remember his eyes his smell .
I'm sad I can't find someone like him..
He was my life in that time/ a part of me
I don't know ..

Things change over time and people can grow apart. One person usually feels the pain more than the other. Unfortunately that person is you.

Your post shows you are handling it well. We all remermber those we lose and at times it hurts.
Those are moments in time ee cannot recreate.

Try to remember the good times and appreciate the fact you had them. Not evetyone grts them.

There are others out there and with luck you will meet one. I hope you are open to that.

Why do you assume that I forced someone to come back? Why is your response so harsh and emotionless? I am just very sad and crying and want to get him back by any means.

There is always a reason why someone leaves, and your failure to come to terms with it suggests to me that you are not mature enough to understand it.
