Almost ended in a psych ward today

An online "friend" called the cops on me because he thought i had ctb (i didnt answer him for a day or so) , so the Police and medics came to My House and the whole fucking condo saw the whole scene, probably one of the biggest umiliation i ve ever suffered in My whole life. Long story short they have taken me to the hospital in an ambulance after a short chit chat (i tell them that i was a Little bit down because ilost My job and blah blah blah) . Two hours of interview with the psyachtrist and in the end she Said there was no need for the hospitalization bacause i show no signs of Aggressiveness, i was lucid and rational while speaking and no raptus was ongoing. I ve also had to lie to them and tell that i have friends and a family. In the end she Said that she thinks i AM very very sad... Well shes not wrong.

Be carefull when you speak with somebody even if you thought he might been trustworthy they can always do stupid shit Like this and fuine your life even more.


Now i cant sleep because My mind keep re living that moments of this after noon.
Another wonderful day of My wonderful life.

your english is excellent, and i'm so sorry this happened to you. having the cops called on you is terrible and i can't believe anyone thinks it actually helps. i hope you're able to get feeling better.

Please don't think about this incident too much, it wasn't your fault and there's nothing you could've done to avoid it. I suppose it has happened to most of us one time or the other. It's the price we pay for living in a pro-life society. I hope you find peace.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I've been there and it's awful. Unfortunately I never found any reliable ways to deal with the reliving it part. It will calm down eventually, but it may take awhile. It's not fair that your freedom can be endangered so easily. I'm glad you were able to advocate for yourself well enough to avoid being hospitalized and I hope you're able to get some decent sleep soon.

That sounds really awful. I hate how we live in a world where others don't respect our right to die. I always see it as best to never tell people about wanting to ctb as after all in a life like this, suicide is so stigmatised. I'm sorry that you had to endure this. Best wishes.
