You don't need darkweb for that. The seller contacts are in the book in the pinned post in this subforum.
From what I've read so far on this forum people are successfully order and get their N from this seller.
I personally seen lots of people from the US and one guy from UK were able to get it according to forum posts.

hmmm sorry just like my namesake suggests im not too bright, how can i find the seller? is the book the pph?if so, its last years edition and i assumed itd be out of date info and useless by now as im sure authorities have the latest copy and latest tips and tricks to ensure nobody can actually make use of the book.

His email is in the Nembutal section. As far as I know, D is still selling N and people successfully receive it.
