Not the prettiest thing or the most comfortable but it's sturdy. If I slip my head in, put the noose around my carotid artery, and push down, that should be it. SI is a bitch but I really don't want to keep living and keep suffering. I've really tried for so long, but it's out of my hands. It doesn't get better. I might just sit here and contemplate it for a bit. Guess we'll see whether I do it.

Truth is I don't know. I have very little energy so setting up something better is too hard. I barely got the energy to set this up. Everything is just too hard.
