Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i have read in the forum that alcohol withdrawals symptoms can make you more likely to throw up the SN,
I drank heavily for the past few months, some days around a liter of 40% liquor, but if i stop for a day or two i dont have any symptoms, no tremors or nausea, but i still wonder if it makes me more likely to throw up despite not feeling the symptoms

Since the SN protocol requires fasting for 2 days i wonder if i have to quit drinking for a while before i choose to go through with it, or can i just drink 2 days or a day before taking SN and be good to go

Also i have ambien but not benzos, if i take it with SN wouldnt cross tolerance prevent withdrawals either way?
