What you've listed sounds good, but I suggest testing out each noose type to see which one is best for holding your full body weight. Everyone's body type is different so your noose will vary. Personally, I'm going with 2 leather belts hooked together plus alcohol to overcome SI (I'm a short lady with a somewhat slim build). Best of luck in whatever you choose to do.
