Help Alcohol and anti-emetics

How reliable is it for me to drink alcohol mixed with an energy drink and take anti-emetics to CTB? I barely drink so I'm not really sure it's reliable for me and I'm scared of throwing it up.

I know this is unnecessary but because I really want this to work, I might fast for at least 5 days before I do this method so my electrolytes move rapidly and I get refeeding syndrome, so i can also experience side effects from this as well as my method. But at the same time I think this will just increase my chances of throwing up.

Alcohol poisoning is a very unreliable method.

Unless you are so drunk you pass out in a blizzard it's almost certainly not gonna happen.
I have blacked out from insane drinking binges many dozens (hundreds?) of times in my life, waking up in fucked up circumstances that might kill me but seemingly not from the alcohol.
Also you will tthrow up almost guaranteed. For the volume of the alcohol you'd need not even sure anti-emetics will work 100%. Though of course extremely high proof alcohol will be more concentrated.

Though alcohol will almost surely be part of my own demise, on its own or with some energy drinks won't cut it. Maybe with a lot of benzos and fentanyl or other lethal combo.
