Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

That's a loaded question. It really depends on the cause of death. If you're agonal breathing after drowning you may well already be in or near cardiac arrest. If you're overdosing on opioids it may be minutes or longer before you're fully gone. Agonal breathing doesn't always occur either. Agonal breathing, keep in mind, is not considered true breathing. It is a reflex but should not be considered as someone truly exchanging air. If a patient is agonal breathing a medical professional will be giving rescue breaths as the patient isn't actually breathing. Whether or not the heart is beating when it starts is case dependent. But if you are agonal breathing you will not be conscious to be aware that you're doing it.

Thanks. I'm thinking about agonal breathing from SN method. Reason I'm asking about it is because it's loud from what I've seen I worry someone could be alerted by it and possibly call an ambulance so I was wondering if I'd most likely be dead by the time ambulance got there if I was already agonal breathing?

Again, it depends. If someone were to hear you agonal breathing and come check on you and call 911 they would be there to start rescue breaths/CPR while the ambulance comes. If you're agonal breathing, then even if you are already in cardiac arrest it is pretty early on in cardiac arrest. Plenty early for resuscitation. How long an ambulance would take in your area and whether or not you local ambulances or ERs are equipped with methylene blue would become the real live saver at that point.

Thank you this clears things up. I just wanna be dead it's so much work even to die I hate how hard it is to die. If only I had a gun.
