Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I briefly talked last night with someone, possibly a young woman, who is dealing with some shit. I am an older dude and I didn't know what to say exactly. I think a Web site like this should be out front helping women.
I suspect there are resources out there- specifically for women. How good they'll be is anyone's guess. A quick Google came up with a fair few. Have you tried searching- has she?
Also- if she is looking for help and recovery- the recovery section of this site may help more than this section. In this part, if I'm honest, a lot of people aren't really focussed on recovery.
All the best to you both. I hope she can find the help she needs.
