Advice on my SN plan

Hello everyone,

Here is my SN plan for my CTB. I would like you to give me your opinion. Any comments, advice, questions are welcome.

Day 1 :
8:00 - 10 mg domperidone
16:00 - 10 mg domperidone
24:00 - 10 mg domperidone

Day 2 :
8:00 - 10mg domperidone
16:00 - 10mg domperidone
23:00 - 1000g paracetamol
23:15 - 30mg domperidone
23:30 - Maloox (magnesium hydroxique) as Antacid 4 tablets
24:00 - 25g SN in 50ml water + 400mg Propranolol


- I will prepare 4 glasses of SN. If I vomit the first one I will drink another. If I vomit the second I will take the third and so on.
- I would probably take lozenges just before drinking the SN to mask the taste.
- I plan to do a hydric fast 24 hours before taking SN, or even 48 hours. It will weaken me, make me sleepy, tired and make CTB easier
- I think I might add a sip or two of whiskey in a reasonable way. Living a love affair with alcohol, I cannot leave this Earth without my bottle.

Have you researched what happens when you take SN while having alcohol in your system? I am also tempted to have a small drink before I take my SN, but I worry it could cause trouble in some unforeseen way. Stan was against drinking, it seems.

I like the idea of being tired when you take SN, but it seems prudent to try to make an effort to stay awake for a while, maybe at least twenty minutes after ingestion so you don't vomit the lethal dose out after you fall asleep. This user apparently successfully used SN after having a gin, but there aren't enough details to go on.

I plan to do a lot of walking on the day I ctb, hopefully this burns off a lot of nervous energy and anxiety.

Thank you very much for the resource and for your response. Of course, I've heard that you shouldn't drink for the SN method, but honestly I don't think that a small drink is enough to miss everything. I think if I vomit it's because of the NS and not the alcohol. The human body is not stupid, if it vomits it is because it has swallowed poison. I don't intend to abuse it, just a little shoot, and it's mainly for the symbolism, alcohol must be with me until the end.

Afterwards, it's true that it's a good idea to count 20 minutes with a watch! The idea would be not to be dead tired, but just a little lethargic, so as not to stress unnecessarily. A bit like just after a good sports session: tired but above all relaxed and more energy to get angry or otherwise.

After the question of propranolol arises, given the last post on the fact that the SN would not be peaceful and that the beatings of the heart are apparently unbearable, I think not to take it at the same time as the SN. Or just a part, but I would like the body to absorb some propranolol.
