Esa viga parece prometedora, y por suerte tienes las escaleras para intentar saltar desde ahí; parece que solo necesitas mover las sillas y la mesa.
I would also recommend you try it, pass the rope through and hang on it as if you wanted to climb it, if it holds, perfect.

I believe you, but in the case of the last building those are actually structural..so...the only way to break that would be to bring down the whole apartment..
