Discussion Advice for exit

I've been planning to exit for awhile now I'm still working out some things. I've bought the note books to write to people and to include my will and final wishes. I'm just looking for advice.
- what can I plan for my pets I have 3 cats the mom and her 2 kittens I don't want them to be separated because they are bonded.
- I know my note books I write to people will most likely be confiscated as evidence by authorities but can I guarantee they will be returned by if they want them.
-I'm an artist and I would like my work to be donated to local galleries, has anyone ever done this before?

I can't properly care for them in my position. I have no job and my living situation isn't good (black mold and other slumlord stuff) . I can't afford to pay for vet bills I couldn't even fully pay for there shots I still haven't payed that. they aren't spayed and everytime they go into heat there chances of cancer goes up. They have all have gingivitis and my one cat I'm trying to medicate her with my antibiotics because I'm pretty sure she has a uti. I stole my neighbors package of cat food just so I can feed them. I'm selling everything in my house. I'm already a month behind on rent I haven't ever been able to keep a job because of my mental health. They deserve better and that's something unfortunately I don't have the strength to do or fight for. Honestly the sooner I'm gone the sooner they can get help. I've thought about just surrendering them now but I don't think I can bring myself to do that. I know I'm a shit person and selfish for keeping them around until I'm dead and then have them rehomed I don't understand anything. I feel like I'm in a lose lose no matter what. I'm sitting here writing for these people wondering if they'll care if it's worse or better If I write to them I hope there happy when I'm gone. I'm lost.
