Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm so depressed yesterday evening/this morning I truly accidentally took too many pills, simply because I wanted to sleep

I took around 20mg of zolpidem and 50mg of quetiapine around 8 pm
Then again around 10.30 I woke up again and took 20mg of zolpidem and 50mg quetiapine again with some wine
and then I woke up at 4am to go to the toilet, I remember thinking I hadn't slept but I was just going crazy
and then around 8am this morning, I took another 10mg of zolpidem and 25mg of quetiapine

and woke up around 11am

it was honestly so difficult ~15 hours of my life

I wasn't trying to OD to CTB, I simply wanted to sleep but guess it just made me psychotic

anyways just my two cents here is that even if you'd want to CTB don't even think about doing OD as many say on this site

That sounds really rough 😢 hope you're feeling better now and recover from it ok . I understand being desperate to sleep and sorry you were driven to OD to get some rest
