I finally decided to jump, but im sirring and im scared i might hit myself and that kr will be painful. What do i do? please quick help.

way to jump is to fall backwards. This has you at least fall on your back which is the 2nd best position to fall on and can make it easier as you aren't looking the fall at first, lowering SI.

only thing i know about jumping is it's probably best to not fall forwards
