Manual 2.0 states: 50 grams of SN in 100 ml of plain water is the conventional regimen; 100 grams of SN in 150 ml of plain water is the high-dose regimen(weight greater than 80kg).
He used Stat Dose only, with metoclopramide and ibuprofen as adjuncts. But he kept cimetidine as an option.
This is the reason for the pain, they took double the SN, but the dose of antiemetics did not change. In addition, the purity of SN in China is very high, both food grade and laboratory grade are ≥99%
