This is genuinely unbelievable. I'm actually in complete and total shock. I figured he was dead and this was all a coverup.

If there is no funny business going on (I still don't trust any of these right wing bastards as far as I can throw them) this is the best news I've heard... Maybe in years... as long as they bring him home and he gets the justice he deserves.

I'm thinking that Bukele will do everything in his power to keep stonewalling attempts to bring him back to the US. Even if he manages to return, he will then be forced to undergo a court hearing to determine the eligibility of his stay. We shall see how things proceed, but what will determine things ultimately is if the Trump administration is found in contempt of court. There are currently two federal cases, that the SCOTUS has already ruled will be the driving cases. All things considered, him being alive is amazing news.

Imagine what good could be done if someone rounded up a few hundred suicidal people, trained them, armed them, gave them protective gear (to last longer), infiltrated a big event, and offed a bunch of billionaires/politicians doing evil. It wouldn't fix everything, but it would make the rich and powerful scared. When Luigi did what he did, almost immediately several changes were made individually and legally related to medical insurance practices. I find it infuriatingly convenient when powerful people condemn 'violence' as 'not the way' or say 'violence doesn't solve problems', while usin systemic violence and physical violence (the police/military) to abuse the masses. Sounds like they are just scared of violence and consequences IMO. The black panthers helped their community AND had guns. There's a reason you never hear about them and Disney made a movie called Black Panthers and TRADEMARKED the term- to flood the search results anytime people are trying to research them. Just some observations...

We are officially in the final stages of seeing if the rule of law no longer applies in any capacity.

What makes me even more depressed is the lack of people who seem to actually care. Working in a relatively conservative part of my city just makes me feel even more defeated. It's rough being told by coworkers that I shouldn't feel upset over this since I haven't been affected directly, the point always flies over everyone's head. Having to talk to those who feign to preach pragmatism when the truth is that they're ONLY critical of the left and not their own side has taught me that there's no point in trying to reason with anyone who tries to justify their inability to care about something as terrifying as the current administration.

It's rough looking at politics these days without feeling beat down. At the very least, I hope people learn to fight like hell.

A work environment in which I don't have to be subjected to their views is something to look forward to at the very least. Learned my lesson I guess when it came to sticking around with a job in hopes of my time there improving, rather than bailing the moment I start seeing red flags pop up.

Yeah, I would never suggest somebody just up and quit their job unless it becomes outright dangerous. Best to just avoid political talk and establish your boundaries until you find something better.

The world decided in the 40's how we deal with fascists. And it's a definitive solution. But now it's "oh everyone is valid and deserves to be heard". No one in America is innocent. Y'all have enabled this shit for decades. Now you're getting what you deserve.

I'm so tired of American stupidity. About time there was a reckoning for the worst people on earth. America deserves every bit of this and I'm finally glad Americans will be punished for everything they've done.

I'm so done. If y'all wont do what's necessary to defend ourselves from blatant threats to our well-being from a bunch of expendable pieces of shit. Then you deserve the outcome of your inaction and your kumbayah we have to win with words bullshit.

Kilmar has finally been returned to the US!

Unfortunately, it seems like they're making up charges to try and deport him again... We shall see how this clown show of a government handles this.
