Hi,
I don't know if you are already familiar with this case of fatal intentional SN poisining. I haven't seen it anywhere on this forum (especially in the PDF with gathered scientific reports), so I thought I might post it here...
This article is relatively new, as it was published in June 2020. It describes a case of a man who ctb'd using SN. Also, drugs containing metoclopramide and ranitidine were found next to his body, so there's a high probability that he was familiar with the protocol suggested on this site. The thought that he might have read this forum in the past somehow makes me uneasy. :(
Anyways, the conclusion that can be drawn is that this method definitely works...
