I received a text from my abuser telling me Merry Christmas, that his gift at least was to see me from afar. I feel terrified and even more like dying, I don't want to leave my house again, I don't want to. I feel like I won't be able to sleep, I feel like every time he appears, everything falls apart and my attempts to heal fall apart.
