988 chat person called me the wrong name lol

I was using the online 988 hotline chat and the person legit called me the wrong name for a bit, the chat was also the most robotic conversation I've had. Even fricking character ai chats were more human and emotive than that chat.

i despise hotlines like that. i get what you mean when you say its robotic. every single person says the exact same thing, like theyre just reading off a script. and they dont really understand much. i used to talk to those numbers all the time, never helped me
