I've always seen the worst in myself, it always hated myself. Now I know , or think

It's okay, it's just what I (and you, maybe?) have to do. There is no 'getting better' in my case. I wish I could give you the same support when/if you CTB but I won't be able to, so I'm giving it now. I'm in pain but this is your thread.

Hahah I'm sorry for the misconception. It's just that in my country it was/is severely easy to buy pretty much everything on the SN CTB list. And even the ones that need prescription you can usually "order" in neighborhood drugstores/pharmacies (benzos for example, but I had prescriptions nonetheless). And yes it's the suitable SN.
