• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Has anyone tried 70h? How does it feel? I'm wondering if I can add it to sn protocol to reduce pain and anxiety.

I don't have any real knowledge (or scientific studies I could point to) but as someone with gastroparesis I would think that maybe 70h would be helpful. Especially if you have certain medical conditions or are taking medications that could/probably do/are delaying stomach emptying. (Like having gastroparesis or taking opioid pain medications long term.)

You know how they tell you not to eat or drink anything after a certain time when you are having certain medical procedures performed?? Yeah, an anesthesiologist accused me of lying when I threw up my dinner from the night before when he pushed the medication to put me to sleep. After that I started starting my fast at noon the day before instead of midnight. Haven't had a problem since. šŸ¤·šŸ»

Forgive me if im wrong, but i believe this person is talking about the drug 7-OH. Its a more potent version of the stuff in kratom and can be bought at gas stations and such. Its not an opiod, but affects opiod receptors in a similar way.
