48 hour SN regimen schedule ?

Can someone please explain the schedule for completing 48 hour SN regimen?

I'm curious if the 48 hours is necessary? It's difficult for me to fast because of my health issue, and I may also have to CTB impulsively. I have an online friend who died via CTB; he was an alcoholic and I do believe he just drank it impulsively (though can't confirm 100%).

Is there a shorter window within which one can take the anti-emetics and SN?

Technically you can just pick up a glass of SN in water and drink it. Depends if you are someone who gets sick a lot or not. You can do a large does of the anti nausea drugs 45 minutes beforehand

The SN megathread only discusses the ingredients and the quantity not the timings.
Idk if i will get sick.Does the 48 hour regime cause one to throw up ?

Well my health is very poor and ironically gastrointestinal symptoms are my biggest issue (food intolerances etc.). So I do worry about keeping it down. Should the AE be taken on an empty stomach?

It can be. maybe test it ahead to see how you cope with it
