Help 24 hr SN?

How do you make a 24 hr SN plan? I saw the 48hr but it was leaving out fasting time or how long to fast and missing things like pain med (ibuprofen), sedative and antacid. Can anyone help me figure this out? The 48hr is simple and has a time table but the 24 hr doesn't give these details like fasting time

Yes this is the 48 yr one I'm doing a 24 hr

You can take the omeprazole with meto thats what pph recommends...needs like 40 min

Fasting for 8 -16 hours is enough, you will risk having negative side effects more

Yes it looks good apart from that. Take Omeprazole earlier like I said.
