22cu Nitrogen Method

I have a 22 cu aluminum container, and I can get nitrogen locally. I've seen mixed views on this, is it really enough for a 150 lb male? I have an [removed due to sourcing] attachment and hood so the flow settings and everything should be pretty simple. Other examples people usually have atleast 40 though? Let me know your thoughts.
