I've waited 12 months to get this crappy depressive episode to go away. I finally feel rather normal, not sure if it's the meds they are giving me but nothing is upsetting me or freaking me out. Maybe it's because I'm worrying more about my heart and not my head.
Whatever it is long may it last.

You won't know this not many do... but you are now entering the invulnerable phase of your condition, which comes after a year long down.

This is a permanent condition where nothing phases you and you can do anything.

You are now a superhero.
