Just multiply the bar pressure by the water volume(in litres) to roughly get the amount of compressed gas in litres.
10L(water volume) × 110bar = 1100 litres of compressed nitrogen, which is plenty enough.

1000 litres plus is plenty enough.
Some say 600+ litres is enough, for the exit bag anyway.
