Wow.
I think I'm trusting myself more to follow through with things because I really have started to catch up on things.
Really satisfied with how today turned out honestly.
Baked some brownies that turned out really good for my snacks and made myself some pasta for dinner.
Sigh.
It's quite frustrating once you understand that it's a lot harder to burn calories compared to how easily you can add onto them with just a few snacks.
Like damn I walked an entire HOUR today and I only burned 154 calories
One slice of my brownies and the work goes down the drain
It's fucked up.
Though I have made some progress. My scale is kinda busted but if it's even slightly right I've lost around 4 pounds. Not bad.
Anyways gonna probably repeat what I did today for tomorrow, except I'll be doing some self maintenance as well.
Imma keep going.
