In the very unlikely case that someone is selling Z drugs on clearnet, they won't be using PayPal to process payments. There is no form of anonymity and the risk of you charging back is high.

If Z drugs mean zopliclone, you can get them from your GP in the UK and a bunch of sites sell them online. Just Google sleeping pills UK and lots of results come up.
