Not only do I have to go to pretend to be okay at work today, I have an appointment with my other therapist that I don't relate to and am not the open with. Damn I wish today was already over

This life can be very tiring and depressing. I know it can be awful when there is only misery ahead. I'm sorry you have to go through this. I wish you the best.
