People will do anything to invalidate others feelings unless they experienced it themselves they can't understand the horrors one endured

People can be very cruel and insensitive, in my opinion it is best to not care about the opinions of others. I see it as best to keep my thoughts and feelings to myself. Other people can often make things worse.
