Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

As some people know I like to train to die abusing cigarettes, Xanax, haloperidol, quietiapine, alcohol
Then yesterday night I can't breathe and my mom saved me with a deltacortene.
I was always pro ctb, now I'm reflecting about...

I'm a little confused by what you are saying, but it sounds to me like you tried to CTB, was rescued, and now are reconsidering doing it?
If that is the case, then there is no shame in changing your mind. For some, the idea of suicide can seem like a blissful escape, but when it comes to the actual act, they realise that it isn't what they really want, and they just want/need help to change things in their life.

Is there anyone close to you who you can have a serious discussion with about how you are feeling and what led to this? Would seeking out a professional help?
(If I misunderstood your post, then just ignore this..)

Maybe change the therapist? I went through a couple before I found someone who I felt really helped and tried to understand me.
Or you could try and connect with people on here.

It might take a little while though - it says you recently joined (like me), so maybe you just need a little more time to truly connect with people on here.
However, it does seem that people are willing to listen, if you want to vent.
