So ya know. The type of people who aren't suicidal. They tripped and fell in their own bedroom or bathroom or whatever, they hit their head a certain way, and they die. They fall down the stairs and break their neck and die. They eat a food they didn't know they were allergic to and die.

Meanwhile. The type of people are ARE suicidal. They jump off a really high cliff, break every bone in their body, become paralyzed for life, become mentally disabled, become maimed, etc...and they don't actually die. They shoot themselves in the head but somehow end up not dying because it didn't get the right part of the brain, leaving them mentally disabled and maimed. They hang themselves, end up not dying, also become mentally disabled and maimed. Etc.

With all this in mind...only one thing to say...IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER FUCKING WAY AROUND!!! Like Jesus fucking Christ. If a God truly does exist, why would he make it so those who actually want to live die, and those who want to die live on? It's almost like we're nothing but little experiments in his big plan, and he doesn't give a shit how he makes us feel. Same when some really bad people are greatly rewarded, while some really good people have EVERYTHING taken away from them.

Case in point, a lot of you (and me) have been on this site and/or sites like this for literal years, looking for a solution, and finding none. I was even on these types of sites (but not this one in specific) LONG before I turned 18. Like about 12 or 13 or so. Meanwhile a guy who actually wanted to go out and live his life fell down in his own fucking room, bumped his head really hard, and died. What the fuck kind of logic is that?!

The worst part is when you commit to a method only for it not to work, or if you had just researched more before hand you'd realise the scale at which death occurs and would have never bothered.

I always think it is the best way to verify there is (probably) no God because I am praying with every fibre in my being thanks God for creating me but I don't want to be here anymore, AND NOTHING HAPPENS!!!

It really should be the other way around...but then maybe there would be no existence! Lol

Someone who I went to school with died in a car accident along a really quiet stretch of road (like the least likely place you'd think anyone would have an accident) I think he was speeding and went off the road and hit a tree. That was it lights out. He even got commemorated years later with some award at the school we went to named after him. Even though by the time of the accident we hadn't been at that school for years. So he'll be a famous student forever. Every time I drive along that stretch of road I think about him and think "I wish it was me instead". He was super popular as well and I'm sure would've had a great life whereas I've totally wasted mine. They probably wouldn't have even remembered I went to that school to name anything after me

But yeah dying is hard when you get down to it. Might even be one of the hardest things for an individual to do.

It's just a numbers game. There are billions of people on Earth, so even events that have an infinitesimally tiny chance of death are going to be taking some of them out. Comparably, the number of people actively pursuing suicide is several orders of magnitude smaller than the total population, so you're not gonna see so many of those tragic/fortuitous(depending on the subject) deaths.

I doubt that there is any statistic that confirm the statement of the OP. It is a typical self-deception. When things are going well in the way we want it, we take it for granted and don´t keep it in mind. We only record deteriorations and when something happens that is not good for us. I guess, this self-deception was and is of adventage for our survival during evolution.

And yeah. There have been many times where I was dedicated to a method, hours and hours, days and days of trying to make it work...only for it to turn out to be a complete waste of time. If I knew the scale of death was so low I wouldn't even have bothered.

And yeah. There is probably no God. All that praying for nothing. I fucking can't fucking believe this fucking shit.

And yeah, it should 100% be the other way around. But yeah, maybe no existence because surviving on this planet is torture, lol. Go to school the first 25 years or so of your life. Then work the rest of your life till you die, usually in your 70s/80s/90s assuming natural causes and no severe health issues. And a lot of people don't even get to retire anymore. A lot of broke people with declining health, physical and mental. And even outside torturous daily life, truly heinous things like murder, rape, war, genocide, pedophilia, terrorism, shootings, bombs, slavery, human trafficking, abuse, animal cruelty, and so much more that I can't even list. Why would anyone wanna exist if the planet is like this?

This feeling hits worse when it's someone you know personally, or god forbid, someone you love(d). It's like, I am so unrightfully jealous that they got something that I always wanted. That an amazing person, loved by all (who genuinely wanted to live), died. Meanwhile I'm left here, struggling to do what they achieved so easily and unwarrantedly. I know I shouldn't be thinking this way, but it's hard to not be angry when I'm the one left to grieve my loved ones. Both losing the person, and grieving the opportunity where it could've been me instead.
