I just want peace

Hello.
I'll need to write my suicide letter soon but I don't know how. I've written one before but looking back it wasn't "good" at all. I feel like I was dramatizing everything.
What do I have to include in such a letter and what points should better be left out?

I personally would leave out any grudges you might have had and include perhaps what you loved/enjoyed about life, what you're thankful for, how you feel (after much thought and consideration), and some sentimental notions to the ones you're addressing, assuming you feel you care for them. An apology might not go amiss. These are just some things I've written in mine.

To add. I think it's helpful to ask yourself what feeling you want to give the recipient, and write based on that.

I guess if you are not used to writing, a good idea would be to create a plan first. Write down everything you want to include in your letter, just a list, then put the numbers, in which order you would like the things to appear on paper and then write according to the plan. That's a huge part of a job. Good luck!

I wrote my note also to not bring others down with me. I also assured them that I wasn't influenced by anyone with this decision.
