Yes strangly all of a sudden i have been feeling really sick. Its like the universe knows what i am thinking of doing. I think I am starting believe that idea attracting things that you are constantly wishing for. I am attracting negativity , sickness and depression. What you say or they way you think can be really harmful. Being pessimistic and negative really fucks lives up.

I have no desire for a future so everything in my present is neglected and is falling apart. Sleep and diet are bad and feel physically sick upon waking. Gets worse as time goes on.

I can see myself rotting emotionally and psychologically. I don't have the same enthusiasm as I did years ago or when I was younger. I'm just going through the motions of life day to day until I finally ctb.

I feel like an obsolete machine. Partly because of how bad I've been doing in life and that it's driving me to ctb, but also because I'm an extremely nostalgic person who mostly enjoys things from when I was younger. I'm not "with the times" like everyone else is.

yes. i feel like my brain is deteriorating. my motivation is shot. i struggle to focus. i'm underweight and my body feels on the verge of crapping out on me sometimes
