Discussion Would you mind reviewing a booklet I am making for partial hanging?

I am an extremely anxious person, unfortunately I can't help this, so I am getting very paranoid about the legality of this site. I have looked on the internet at groups who are wanting this site banned and its members arrested. I know we had to give our IP address as part of the registration, so I am worried the pro-life people may find a way to get my information. They seem to know the names of some members in this community. For this reason, I am trying to gather as much information as possible and create booklets on the various methods that I can save to my drive.

My go-to method is partial hanging and I am in the process of creating a booklet of all the information I can gather on it. I have used the template of the "How to Hang Yourself" resource on this site. I have also added some additional information to the booklet from various sources across the web.

I would appreciate if you can review this document and make sure everything I have written is factually correct. The file is free of viruses and you can make sure yourself by uploading it to VirusTotal: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload.

I am a new member here, so am not sure of the rules, but if there is a problem with uploading files to this site, please let me know. If I can't do this, could I copy and paste the text to a post?

Thank you for the complete guide, it's really useful. I don't see any errors, I would add how to know if you are only compressing the jugular vein: You feel that your head is going to explode, you lose hearing and begin to see black palpitations in your eyes, but you don't feel like fainting. If you keep staring at the wall completly conscious for 1 minute you are not doing it right
