So I want to overdose on sertraline, I want to save them up until the summer and I already have like 550g saved. Until August when my psychiatrist wants to stop the treatment that would be a lot. If I mix those with a whole box of 500g paracetamol, alcohol and lets say hanging as well. Would I be able to die like this? Or is there a better option?

just do the hanging without drugging yourself. if anything it'll be even harder to properly hang if you're all sick from ODing. the OD will not work. do not put yourself through brain damage from serotonin syndrome!
