I'm planning on CTB as soon as I get out of the psych ward, which will be probably in a month or so…

I have a shotgun and everything planned for the act, I plan on eating nice food and doing stuff I like before hands.

the thing is, I live with my mother who I love so much, and little brother. it would obviously be done at a time when they're not home, but I still feel like it would be traumatic for them to find me like that. what should I do?
