Would this door be sturdy enough to complete FSH with over the door method and dumbbell on other side for anchor? It is able to lock with rope through top.

The door itself would probably hold. However, the glass is a problem and there isn't an easy way to deal with it. During body convulsions, you could break the glass, and it can get messy. If your attempt is successful, this might not be a concern (at least not for you), but if your attempt fails for whatever reason, you can seriously injure yourself.

Im no expert but have been looking for suitable locations for my FSH. And all I can say is that glass door would worry me. Maybe it would be fine....but do you have a solid door at all?

Unfortunately the other doors in the house are extremely flimsy and only have 2 hinges. The glass was a concern of mine too. I'll have to look for other options. Thanks for weighing in.

Yes I was worried about the glass too. It's the only sturdy door in the house so that's why I am now exploring the beam option in my other post you commented on. I'm in a desperate spot but I know these things can't be rushed. I can't afford a failed attempt. It's all very complicated.
