Would opiates be effective for treating nausea and pain associated with SA and SN ?

I've been given opiates for pain and the main side effect for me was crippling nausea, so I'd probably not.

Opiates cause nausea so no, they would help with pain though, no denying that. Just don't know if your stomach could handle both SN and Opiate high even with meto?

I have never experienced nausea on a low or moderate dose of a relatively weak opiate. High doses of powerful opiates are different of course, but there is usually more going on when one takes those.

These involve both central and peripheral sites including the vomiting center, chemoreceptor trigger zones, cerebral cortex, and the vestibular apparatus of the brain, as well as the GI tract itself'. Would ondantseron be effective for that ? Of course one doesn't want to load up on too many drugs.
Nausea can mean different things ? Like, the feeling of sickness and the urge to vomit. Meto only helps with the vomiting, right ?

I wouldn't use opiates for pain relief in regards for SN. I would look at medical grade cannabis.

Could you explain why ? And do you have anything particular in mind, like oil, tablets, smoking ? CBD or more the THC ? I used to know a bit about that, not much though. There are different substances. For as far as I know the products without THC are even legal here, and THC is tolerated up to a point.

' 1 gram of Oxy is a super high dose, do you have any tolerance?' Some, but I don't know how much. I would the the version without acetominophen. I'm in Europe. Well, 500 mg would be possible too.
5mg fentanyl kills you. Fentanyl + SN should be safe

Mechanism of action is respiratory depression. It's hard to get information on how lethal it is. It sure can be, but the same goes for N. I have some general tolerance and a messed up CNS.

The opiate might undo the effect of the antiemetic ? I could as well ask about the effect of taking a high dose of N with this, I'm not sure about the effects. Reportedly, N has no analgesic effects.
One does not want to mess up a method.
