I have ritalin and quite a lot of propranolol, also got some promethazine and some other random perscription stuff in the cupboard. Would it get it done? if i slammed some alcohol and the pills, what are the chances? I could also get some tramadol

You might have to give specific quantities to know anything with any certainty. There's quite a few threads that mention propranolol and 8g+ is usually needed for anything substantial to happen

i have about 6ish grams of propranolol, 1 g ritalin, not sure about how much of the other stuff i've got kicking around and i can probably sort out 4g of tramadol

edit: i'd say only about 500mg of promethazine

I don't think Ritalin is going to be terribly helpful for you, but the propranolol and tramadol could be useful. If you can increase the amount of propranolol you have to get you over the 8g mark, that would be ideal. Tramadol can be a bit hit and miss, but the promethazine may be handy to stop vomiting.

Make sure you're nowhere where you may be found, because the propranolol will drop your blood pressure enough that if you do die (and that is an if) you will be unconscious for a while before your heart fails

the ritalin was more so due to the poor interactions of a stimulant with the propranolol and other depressants and alcohol hopefully causing some sorta heart attack. Also got stemetil for nausea and some noten which is another betablocker. Promethazine usually puts me out like a light

So the way propranolol works is that it blocks the beta receptors that are responsible for making the heart contract as hard and as quickly as it needs to. The idea behind a propranolol overdose is that it stops the heart being able to do this properly and causes your blood pressure to become lethally low. If you have any other blood pressure medications, add them on. The Ritalin might not be helpful because afaik, it would only increase your blood pressure
