Would eating lots of albacore tuna out of a can be a good method due to mercury poisoning?

When I lost weight and was gymming every day I ate so much Tuna for protein, no issues at all aside from getting bored eating it. You'll probably need to eat a lot of it to get sick and even then you probably won't die.
