I wanted to ask this because the Buddha's teachings have been very helpful and practical for me. I'd love to share if anyone felt they would benefit, but I'm not trying to come across as prosetylizing which is why I ask.
Buddhism is fundamentally non-dogmatic. One does not have to be religious or call themselves a Buddhist to make use of its philosophical principles.
I'd love to share on the principle of Metta (loving kindness & good intention) & to help ease suffering.
