That's the hell I live with

The UK is in lockdown. Neither me and my husbad is working.
It's not returning to work I'm worried about
I like my job, it's very simple and easy, albeit a bit boring at times.
I'm worried about never seeing my husband again.
He works as a chef, 60+ hour weeks.
To be honest while weve been in lockdown, my mental health has been pretty manageable and decent, the main factor in this is I'm always around my husband.
Hes very understanding and supporting of me.
I know when we go back to work, my mental health might be even worse then it has been before because I havent had to cope by myself for a while.
I don't want to die, but it really is my only option when my mental health is so bad.
I'm so scared

Interesting, so the effect of this is that you actually feel better now, but upon going back to your old life it will be even worse than if you never had the time home?

I wonder how many others will feel the same..

Many i bet, you are not alone in this regard

It would be really painful both emotionally and in an existential sense imo if I couldn't spend much time with my loved one.

So yeah I could see why if you had a partner always working long hours that a temporary shut down would have its pluses.
