Worried about my corpse

I know it's irrational to worry about that but I can't help it but worry what ppl will say when they see my corpse. I'm more worried what those involved in autopsy will feel or say when they see my disgusting naked body. They will probably say "no wonder why he killed himself". This disgusting face and body will be the main reason why I will ctb. It gives me a lot of rational and irrational fears.

It's really disturbing. I heard that if you write a note to cops and say you are of sound body and mind and are Catholic and it's against your religion to get an autopsy they could perhaps not do it.

I know what you mean, even know I will be gone from this world, so it should not matter. It is an unpleasant thought, the whole process of death and what happens afterwards. I would love to just disappear from this world.

That's a good point. I didn't think about that. I don't know of other religions to use for anti-autopsy....they are all probably against suicide. I have no good options for it. I really don't want an autopsy.

I'll kill myself far off, deep in the woods, so if anyone finds anything it'll brobably be bones that were gnawed clean by animals.

Where I live if someone dies an "unnatural death" there will be an autopsy. And I watched some videos how it is done. Not nice too watch. Also I heard that workers in mourges will joke around about bodies to "add some humour to their hard jobs."
But then again we wont be there. Shitty to know though.

I'm not encouraging you to ctb but, at the same time try not to worry about the autopsy.

I know that's not great advice, but those in the medical field have seen it all, you're probably being too hard on yourself and, if you do make the decision to ctb - hopefully you've given it a lot of thought - you'll be out of this existence and not have to care what anyone thinks.

I know people don't give near death experiences a lot of credence but those who have them and leave their bodies have the feeling that their bodies are no longer important to them. Just an empty shell.

ah i dont see why you should worry once youll be dead u wont be aware of it well you probably know that
autopsy are about confirming how the person died they dont give a shit about why you did it,to them your just another corpse to report on that's it

Why is it even any of their business which religion you are? I just put in my note "It is against my deeply-held religious beliefs to be subjected to an invasive autopsy." I don't see why they even need to know which religion I am. If I say it's against my religious beliefs, the conversation should stop there! Of course they'll probably hack me apart anyway.

Well I think that in any case of death where it is a proven suicide or unknown causes then there will definitely be an autopsy. I have also read about actual autopsy cases and it is not a pretty job.

Anyway by the time my body is on the autopsy table, I will no longer exist and I simply do not care whether they laugh or cry or make jokes because that body will simply be a container which I have exited and I no longer control it. This is how I cope with any thoughts about 'my' dead body being desecrated.

As much as I hate my body and soul sometimes I think my dead body won't be more disgusting than any other damn corpse, nor would be yours, it's just a body.
Death will give me back my beauty and dignity, people who will touch/see my dead body might be able to feel the sadness, the beauty and poetry of being dead by suicide at such a young age
