Hanging with a rope yes. But where the fix it? What can I put into the wall?

This only applies to partial suspension:
If you have a wardrobe there should be a bar at the top. You could do it off a door handle (not doorknob) although it is risky because your unconscious body could shake itself off (may leave you with brain damage).

If you're doing full suspension you'll have to go deep in a forest where you 99% won't be found and tie the ligature to a really sturdy branch (stand on it to test).
