Hey all,

I want to be have two wills in place before I catch the bus. I want a living will in place and a proper last will.

There are some issues with this. My next of kin are in my home country (US). I've no family here (UK). I don't know how to handle the living will for this situation. The only person (who is in the UK) I trust to carry out my wishes if I'm a in coma won't if I attempted suicide.

Also, I want to give my money and assets to people in both the US and UK. I want to give a good chunk to the person I trust (in the UK, person I mentioned above). But I want the money to be very clearly earmarked for hey to do certain things with. The bulk of the money is in the US though.

What do I need to do to help facilitate my wishes?

can't you hire a lawyer or some attorney to look after your estate?
I would only leave a will though and not send money as a gift beforehand.

The money is only going after. Any clear gifts that mean show I'm checking out are going after (except my dog).

What are lawyers requirements to inform if they suspect it's for CTB?

And should I use a UK or US lawyer?
